Alinity Divine

Alinity was referenced in a lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch user who is from California has filed a civil suit demanding damages in the amount of $25 million from Twitch in connection with the exposure to "overly sexually suggestive content by female streamers" while using the site. Dexerto discovered court records that show the plaintiff who had previously filed a lawsuit against Microsoft Sony Nintendo Blizzard in addition to Blizzard was the one who made a formal complaint the 15th of June. Twitch received an official summons from the court on the 19th of June. Estavillo is a man who according to the complaint he filed in Santa Clara Superior Court of California which was filed on June 15, suffers from obsessive/compulsive disorders such as addiction to sexual substances and health issues that force him to dependent on the internet to keep himself entertained. In addition, the complaint claims Twitch causes these problems. The complaint then went on to list several female streamers it claims "continues to provide viewers with a wide range of content that they are just looking to catch players playing games on Twitch and instead are confronted with sexually addictive content as well as content on a constant every day." With the exception of Alinity and others, they include those who have requested relief. the plaintiff wants all streamers named above to be permanently banned because they violated Twitch's TOS together with a sum of $25 million "to be divided between the plaintiff as well as other Twitch Prime Turbo Subscribers," with any leftover going to different charities.
